Michelle has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian for almost 10 years. She specialises in the area of nutrition for women and children, especially fertility, pregnancy and early childhood. Michelle also has expertise working with people for weight management, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (particularly the FODMAP approach), cholesterol, food intolerance and sports nutrition.

Michelle has worked as a researcher in universities in Victoria and New South Wales and currently holds an affiliate appointment at Monash University. Her work has been published in numerous scientific journals internationally. Michelle is also an ISAK accredited anthropometrist and mother of two young children. 

Professional affiliations: Dietitian’s Association of Australia, Nutrition Society Australia, Australian and New Zealand Obesity Society, and the American Society for Nutrition.
