Dr Ingrid Chung is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) and can provide Class 1, 2 and 3 aviation medicals for pilots and trainee pilots, air-traffic controllers, flying instructors.

An Aviation Medical costs $330 including GST and takes approximately 1 hour. If you need an ECG, there is an additional $33 cost including GST.

Please ensure that prior to your Aviation Medical appointment, you have completed the pre-medical questionnaire via CASA's MRS portal and paid CASA’s processing fee.

If you are not an existing patient of the clinic, ensure you also complete a New Patient Form.

If you don’t complete these forms prior to your appointment, the consult will not be able to proceed.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and we will not charge a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of up to $165.

When you book your appointment at North Brighton Medical, you will be prompted to enter credit or debit card details (during the booking if you book online, or by SMS if you book with reception) - you will need to do so to secure your booking.
