CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS

Our normal opening hours will apply up to an including Tuesday 23 December 2025.

From then, we will be closed for public holidays, and will operate with reduced hours on other days as follows:

  • Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve): 8.30am to 1.00pm

  • Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day): Closed

  • Friday 26 December (Boxing Day): Closed

  • Saturday 27 December: 9.30am to 12.30pm (for urgent and semi-urgent matters only)

  • Sunday 28 December: Closed

  • Monday 29 December: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Tuesday 30 December: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Wednesday 31 December: 9.00am to 1.00pm

  • Thursday 1 January (New Years’ Day): Closed

  • Friday 2 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Saturday 3 January: 9.00am to 1.00pm

  • Sunday 4 January: Closed

  • Monday 5 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Tuesday 6 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Wednesday 7 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Thursday 8 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

  • Friday 9 January: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Normal hours resume from Saturday 10 January 2026.

We will also be closed on Monday 26 January 2026 (Australia Day).

The Australian Clinical Labs pathology collection centre will be closed on 25 December 2026 and reopen on Monday 5 January 2026. See their website for alternative locations.

We are normally closed on Sundays and public holidays.

During holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter, we sometimes close or open with reduced hours - if so, we’ll post the details here, with a notification on our website homepage. The details will also be added to our Google My Business listing and our HotDoc page (for online bookings).

If we do open on a Sunday or public holiday, there will be no bulk billing, and a $10 surcharge applies (ie. the same fees that apply on Saturdays).
