After nearly eight years at North Brighton Medical, Dr Ingrid Chung will be leaving the practice this month.
While we will be very sad to see Ingrid leave NBM, we are also excited to share that she will soon be opening her own GP clinic in Cheltenham.
As a quality improvement program, we recently collected feedback from our patients.
We have now completed our analysis of the feedback and would like to share some of the significant findings.
Our fee structure will change from 1 November 2025:
We will cease routinely offering bulk billed consults to existing patients who are children – instead, a $15 discount will apply to our Standard Fees.
We will cease routinely offering discounted fees to patients with a concession card – instead, our Standard Fees will apply.
